This house has some interesting items for sale.  The owner had been in the drum and bugle corps, and some of his drums, trophies, music and other related pieces are still here in this modest Buena Park home.  Also here is a collection of memorabilia from the Asian Boy Scout jamboree.  Some gold in the form of bracelets; furniture, including a fantastic old headboard and a waterbed; a great gothic Mediterranean table lamp complete with flickering bulbs, lots of kitchen and household goods.

June 18-19: This is a moving sale in an exclusive Westwood area home.  Lots will be going with the owners to their new home, but they are moving into a tiny place compared to the current 4000 sq. ft. home.  This means that many of their beautiful and cherished furnishings will not fit in their new place and must be sold at good prices.  This sale includes all sorts of treasures, including a fantastic rococo-style vintage parlor set, fine art, an elegant 5-piece bedroom set from Spain.  Plush, down-filled sofa and love seat, a vintage poker table and chairs, many wonderful rugs from small to huge, a large set of Mikasa Far East Fine Chine, a luminous vintage porcelain  tea set by Oscar Schlegelmilch that came all the way from Germany, and so much more.  This sale, which is large by moving sale standards, will be by invitation only.

This house is full of interesting stuff:   a beautiful Drexel buffet, several china cabinets, silver and silver-plated serving ware,  a White Rotary Electric sewing machine in cabinet (includes User’s Manual), quilts, several beds, a Roos cedar chest, lots of great books, art art, desk and office furniture, tv, computer,   refrigerator, some tools, an International Postage Stamp Album published 1947  & containing lots of stamps, and so much more!  I’ll try to least some of it as it comes to my attention, but this is a sale you won’t want to miss.

We just got this last minute sale and have only taken some pictures so far.  There are high quality furniture and furnishings in this designer house.  Owners have moved to a much smaller place and couldn’t take a great many of their treasures with them.  Their loss is your gain!  Lots of items that will make great gifts for your loved ones or for yourself.  Owner is a contractor and there is a wood and other building materials.  The house has improvements that won’t be going to the new owner, such as a gorgeous garden fountain, a wood burning fireplace, large concrete pots and statues, many potted plants, some light fixtures.  There is also two beautiful dark wood desks, two dining room tables with chairs, a divine divan, expensive chairs, a player piano that was lovingly refurbished to its original 1910 grandeur and converted to electric. several wardrobe closets, paintings and prints, books, stereo components, flat screen, games, holiday decorations, a Kenmore grill, outdoor heaters, and way too much more that we haven’t even catalogued yet.  Take a look at the pictures and let us know if you have any questions.  Otherwise, we hope to see you next weekend!
